The user-friendly OPTI-SOLV™ In-Line Filter system is well suited for a number of applications, such as high temperature, high-pressure environments where quick changes are imperative. The unique swivel design allows frits to be changed without removing the connecting tubing. Just plumb it once and leave it. The frictional forces generated at the piston/seal interface inevitably lead to particulate shedding. Placement of a filtering element between the pump and injector/ auto sampler removes these particulates, preventing problems with downstream components and costly downtime. Key Features include 10 Filter Elements, a 316 Stainless steel frit (solvent compatible), and an FEP sealing surface. Opti-Max™ Check Valves are manufactured with ball and seat sets that are individually matched to ensure a lock-and-key fit. This guarantees 3 bubbles per minute or less in the standard nitrogen bubble test. Optimize has also minimized the ball travel distance within the check valve resulting in quicker seating and more accurate pump metering. A single cartridge is interchangeable across multiple pump brands, and will function in either inlet or outlet position. The same replacement cartridge will fit into OPTI-MAX™ housings for pumps made by Waters, Shimadzu, Agilent/HP, and most other OEM solvent delivery systems. This allows you to minimize the number of spare check valve cartridges you keep on hand, and dramatically reduce the cost of inventory required to cover your maintenance needs. This check valve shares the same external dimensions with 1/32" and 1/16" cartridges and fits all OPTI-MAX™ housings except xx-6x-xxxxx.

The EXP™ In-Line Holder is rated to 20,000 psi with hand-tight replaceable cartridges. This unique design connects in-line to any UHPLC system or injection valve with 1/16” stainless tubing and included EXP™ fittings. The EXP™ Cartridge System enables chemists to quickly remove detergents or salts which can affect the ionization process in MS work. This trapping technique can concentrate the sample directly on-line, allowing for increased recovery of precious sample material compared to off-line techniques. On-line trapping readily lends itself to automation for high-throughput analysis in UHPLC/MS applications. Free-Turn™ architecture allows the user to change cartridges by hand without breaking fluid connections on the holder inlet/outlet. This product features hardened stainless steel end caps eliminating galling, Optimize's famous Free-Turn architecture and comes packaged with Fittings. Use with EXP™ Trap and Guard Cartridges.
